Ciel Chen joined Advent in 2022 and is an Associate in Shanghai. She advises on investments in the business and financial sector.
Prior to joining Advent, Ciel worked at CVC in their Private Equity team in Shanghai. Before CVC, she worked at J.P. Morgan as an Investment Banking Analyst in both New York and San Francisco, where she covered the technology sector.
Ciel received a BS in Finance and Statistics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
