Neha Mathur joined Advent in 2016 and is a Vice President in Boston. She advises on buyout and growth equity investments in the consumer sector.
Prior to joining Advent, Neha was a Consultant at McKinsey & Company in New York and has previously worked at Bain Capital Double Impact and Morgan Stanley.
Neha received a BS in Economics from the Wharton School and a BSE in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania School of Engineering, summa cum laude, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
