Olga Balusova joined Advent in 2022 and is an Associate in London. She advises on investments in the healthcare sector.
Prior to joining Advent, Olga worked at McKinsey & Company in their London and Moscow offices, serving private equity and financial services clients across Europe. Previously, she completed several internships in private equity and venture capital.
Olga holds a BSc (First Class Honours) in Economics and Finance from the University of London, and an MBA from London Business School.
