Seva Karpauskaite joined Advent in 2021 and is an Assistant Director in London. She advises on investments in the industrial sector.
Prior to joining Advent, Seva worked at Bain & Company, where she focused on strategy, private equity, and post-acquisition value creation projects. Before joining Bain & Co., she worked for a boutique consulting firm and Syntax Analytics LLC, a hedge fund in New York.
Seva holds a BA in Politics, Psychology and Sociology from the University of Cambridge and an MA in International Relations and Economics from Johns Hopkins University.
