Hayley Jodoin McCarthy joined Advent in 2024 and serves as the Chief Compliance Officer and Counsel of Advent Global Opportunities, based in Boston.
Prior to joining Advent, Hayley was a Managing Director and Managing Counsel at State Street Global Advisors (SSGA), where she supported the firm’s private funds, institutional, and retirement businesses. Before SSGA, she served as Associate Counsel at Natixis Investment Managers.
Hayley received a BA from The George Washington University and a JD from Suffolk University Law School.
