Andrea Berlin joined Advent in 2025 and is a Vice President in London. She is a member of the Portfolio Support Group. Andrea is focused on driving the talent agenda across the portfolio.
Prior to joining Advent, Andrea worked at Egon Zehnder, where she spent six years leading executive search work and supporting clients on leadership and talent advisory topics with a particular focus on the technology and healthcare sectors. She started her career with McKinsey & Co where she spent over eight years, including leading People Management for the Recovery & Transformation Services practice across EMEA.
Andrea has a BA from the University of Pennsylvania, an MSc from the University of Birmingham, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
