Adele joined Advent in 2024 and is a Senior Associate in the Boston office. She advises on talent acquisition and human capital management to build top-tier executive teams across Advent’s portfolio of companies.
Prior to joining Advent, Adele worked at Heidrick & Struggles as an Engagement Manager in the CEO & Board and Technology & Services practices.
Adele received a BBA in Business Management from Southern Methodist University.
