Alessandro Paccagnella joined Advent in 2021 and is an Assistant Director in London. He advises on investments in the consumer sector.
Prior to joining Advent, Alessandro was a Senior Associate in the Private Equity team at Centerbridge Partners, focusing on investments across the consumer, financial services, and industrial sectors. Before that, he was an Associate at Goldman Sachs on the technology, media, and telecom, and industrial teams in London.
Alessandro holds an MSc in International Finance from HEC Paris and a BSc in Economics and Management from the University of Padua.
