André Tilkian joined Advent in 2021 and is a Director in São Paulo. He advises on investments in the industrial sector.
Prior to joining Advent, André spent six years at Warburg Pincus, both in the São Paulo office and in the Industrial & Business Services group in New York, where he worked on investments in the industrial, logistics, retail, and telecom sectors. He began his career at Itaú BBA as an Investment Banking analyst.
André holds a BA in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas (EAESP – Escola de Administração de Empresas de São Paulo) and a master’s degree in Business Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
