Andres Aybar joined Advent in 2024 and is a Director in Strategy and Operations, based in New York. He works closely with Advent’s leadership on strategic planning and execution of growth priorities, as well as organizational design and operational initiatives.
Prior to joining Advent, Andres was the Chief Operating Officer of Insurance Asset Management within Goldmans Sachs Asset Management. In this role, he had responsibility over sales team structure, finances, operations, and human resources. Prior to that, he was part of Asset Management’s Client Business management team where he worked closely with leadership to manage and grow the third-party wealth and liquidity solutions businesses.
Andres received a BS in Managerial Economics from Bentley University and a MS in Business Analytics from New York University.
