Andrew Dodge joined Advent in 2008. He serves as Deputy General Counsel and is a Vice President, based in Boston.
Prior to joining Advent, Andrew served as Senior Legal Counsel at Fidelity Investments, where he worked with various business units to develop, obtain regulatory approval of, and launch alternative investment products. Prior to joining Fidelity, Andrew was an Associate in the corporate law department of Goodwin Procter LLP, where he represented fund sponsors and investors in connection with the structuring and offering of interests in private investment programs and related management entities.
Andrew holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire and a JD from the University of Virginia.
