Antoine Guillen joined Advent in 2017 and is a Senior Director in London. He is a member of the Portfolio Support Group. Antoine works with management teams to improve performance and deliver results needed to realize the investment thesis.
Prior to joining Advent, Antoine had a similar role for five years as a member of the portfolio team at Cinven, working alongside management across a variety of investments in Europe. Prior to this, Antoine held operational responsibilities at Carrefour, a leading French retailer, including supporting in-store management and procurement efforts. Antoine began his career as a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company for five years.
Antoine graduated from Sciences Po Paris and the ESSEC business school in Paris, and received an executive MBA from the London Business School and Columbia University in New York.
