Ben Oulidi joined Advent in 2024 and is a Director in London. He is a member of the Portfolio Support Group. Ben works with management teams to improve performance and deliver results needed to realize the investment thesis.
Prior to joining Advent, Ben served most recently as the COO, and before that, the CTO at Cobham Aerospace Communications, one of the main divisions of Cobham. Previously, he was a Partner at the Boston Consulting Group in their London and Johannesburg offices, leading large growth and cost transformation programs. Before that, Ben was a consultant at Roland Berger in their aerospace and defense practice. He began his career at the Suez Group in the US.
Ben earned an MSc in Physics from ESPCI Paris – PSL and an MSc in Entrepreneurship from HEC Paris.
