Brian Busch joined Advent in 2011 and is a Vice President and serves as Associate General Counsel, based in Boston. He is responsible for fund and corporate matters.
Prior to joining Advent, Brian was an Associate at Nixon Peabody LLP, where he worked on a variety of corporate transactions. Before joining Nixon Peabody, Brian was a legal advisor at Fidelity Investments, where he supported Fidelity’s employer services and brokerage business lines.
Brian holds a BA, magna cum laude, from Brandeis University and a JD from Northeastern University.
