Cassie Clavin joined Advent in 2022 and is an Associate in Boston. She is a member of the Portfolio Support Group, focusing on talent acquisition and human capital management at Advent’s portfolio companies.
Previously, Cassie was a member of the Global Financial Services team at Russell Reynolds Associates, where she hired and assessed executive level talent across insurance, investment management, and private equity clients.
Cassie attended Boston College, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Applied Psychology and studied in the Carroll School of Management.
