Colleen Hoy joined Advent in 2023 and is a Director in Boston. She is a member of the Human Resources team, overseeing talent development and recruiting for the North America deal team.
Prior to joining Advent, Colleen was the Global Head of Recruiting at General Atlantic. Before that, she was a Senior Vice President, Human Capital at Moelis.
Colleen graduated from the University of Michigan with a BA in Political Science and Organizational Studies.
