Eric Rimmke joined Advent in 2022 and is a Director in Palo Alto. He is a member of the Portfolio Support Group. Eric works with management teams to improve performance and deliver results needed to realize the investment thesis.
Prior to joining Advent, Eric was a member of the operating team at Vista Equity Partners, where he worked with portfolio companies in the technology sector to define and execute value creation plans. Before Vista, he helped build and scale the Operations team at Collective Health, a software platform for self-insured employers. Eric also spent many years at the Boston Consulting Group, where he focused on a diversified set of industries and functions.
Eric received an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BBA from the University of Michigan.
