Erin Welby joined Advent in 2011 and is a Vice President in Boston. She is a member of the GP Services Team and is responsible for the administration of the general partner entities and carried interest.
Prior to joining Advent, Erin was the Controller at Summit Partners. She began her career in public accounting at Deloitte.
Erin received a BS in Accounting from Villanova University and an MBA from Northeastern University.
