Flora joined Advent in 2014 and rejoined in 2023 as a Vice President in São Paulo. She advises on investments in the consumer and technology sectors. Flora has advised on ten investments during her career, seven while at Advent.
Prior to re-joining Advent, Flora worked at Loft as Chief of Staff to the CEO, and before that as Head of Business Development.
Flora received a BA in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
