Frederico Skwara joined Advent in 2016 and is an Vice President in São Paulo. He advises on buyout and growth investments in the business & financial services and consumer sectors. Frederico originally joined Advent as an Associate in São Paulo, spent four years as an Assistant Director in London following business school, and relocated back to São Paulo in 2024. Frederico has advised on ten investments during his career, eight while at Advent.
Prior to joining Advent, Frederico worked in the private equity team at GP Investments. He has also completed internships at Hg Capital and 3i Group.
Frederico earned a BSc in Industrial Engineering, with honors, from the University of São Paulo and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
