Hadrien de Bardies joined Advent in 2012 and is a Director in Paris. He advises on investments in the industrial and technology sectors.
Prior to joining Advent, Hadrien worked at Blackstone within their European Private Equity team, where he was involved in the execution, sourcing, and monitoring of deals. Before working at Blackstone, he completed a six-month internship with Weinberg Capital, where he worked on deal sourcing and execution.
Hadrien holds a business administration degree from HEC Business School in Paris.
