Heather Zuzenak joined Advent in 2013 and serves as the firm’s Chief Compliance Officer, based in Boston.
Prior to joining Advent, Heather worked at Audax Group as Chief Compliance Officer and fund counsel. Before Audax Group, she was Senior Counsel at Goodwin Procter LLP, where her practice focused on private investment funds and related regulatory matters.
Heather received a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and a JD from Boston University.
