Henrik Mader joined Advent in 2023 and is an Associate in Frankfurt. He acts as an advisor in the German-speaking region and advises on investments in the healthcare and industrial sectors.
Prior to joining Advent, Henrik worked at McKinsey & Company as a Junior Engagement Manager.
Henrik received a BS in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim and a Master of Public Administration from Harvard University, where he was a McCloy Fellow.
