Janki Chudgar joined Advent in 2018 and is a Principal in New York. She is a member of the Capital Markets team, and supports the firm’s capital markets activities, including new acquisition financings for Advent’s portfolio companies. Janki is also responsible for managing and helping to grow the firm’s relationships with investment banks, direct lenders, and investors.
Prior to Advent, Janki worked at TPG in the Special Situations team, TPG Capital’s former dedicated credit and credit-related investment platform (now known as Sixth Street Partners). She began her career in the Natural Resources Group at Goldman Sachs, advising clients on both M&A and high yield financing transactions.
Janki received a BBA, summa cum laude with Honors, in Economics and Finance from the University of Georgia, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
