Jarlyth Hancock Gibson joined Advent in 2000 and is the Global Head of Sustainability, based in Boston. She leads Advent’s Sustainability team and is responsible for helping oversee the firm’s integration of sustainability matters throughout Advent’s investment process, including collaborating with portfolio companies and reporting to investors.
Prior to joining Advent, Jarlyth worked for The Boston Company in the Mellon Private Asset Management – Endowments & Foundations group and for H.C. Wainwright, a Boston-based investment banking boutique.
Jarlyth received a BS in Accounting from Salem State University.
