Maddy Keeshan joined Advent in 2022 and is a Vice President in Boston. She is a member of the Portfolio Support Group, focusing on talent acquisition and human capital management at Advent’s portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Advent, Maddy was a member of the Consumer and Technology practices at the global executive search firm Spencer Stuart, where she partnered with more than 150 global clients to hire and assess executive level talent. Before that, Maddy spent two years at a boutique search firm in New York.
Maddy received a bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Virginia.
