Mike Solomon joined Advent in 2016 and is a Director in Boston. He is a member of the Portfolio Support Group. Mike works with management teams to improve performance and deliver results needed to realize the investment thesis.
Prior to joining Advent, Mike was Vice President of Operational Excellence at TridentUSA Health Services, a portfolio company of Audax Group, where he led a Program Management Office directing a portfolio of transformational initiatives. Before that, he worked at Audax Group Private Equity, where he was a member of the Portfolio Support Group and was responsible for partnering with management to identify and implement performance improvement opportunities. Mike began his career with L.E.K. Consulting.
Mike earned a BA in Economics and Political Science, with honors, from Northwestern University.
