Nancy joined Advent in 2025 and is the Director of Sustainability, based in London. Nancy is focused on partnering with investment teams, Portfolio Support Group, and ESG Operating Advisors to enhance sustainability efforts across our portfolio companies in Europe and to support our Advent’s climate change strategy globally.
Prior to joining Advent, Nancy worked at Evri as their Head of ESG, where she built the ESG function under the Chief Transformation office, following the carve out by Advent.
Prior to joining EVRi, Nancy served as the Senior Sustainability Manager and Partnership Councillor at John Lewis Partnership and worked in Credit at Barclays.
Nancy received a BSc in Oceanography with Geology from University of Southampton and an MSc in Environmental Modelling, Management and Monitoring from King’s College London.
