Nara Kameyama joined Advent in 2024 as Head of Talent, Latin America for the Portfolio Support Group, based in São Paulo. She focuses on talent acquisition and human capital management at Advent’s portfolio companies.
Nara has been a leader in the talent space for almost 15 years as a partner of Executive Search and Advisory consultancies and, previously, as Head of Talent Development at Booz & Co Brazil and Boston Consulting Group in Singapore.
Prior to that, Nara was a management consultant at Booz & Co for six years and served as a General Manager at Vale, Brazil’s largest mining company.
Nara holds a BA in Economics from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro.
