Neal Vachhani joined Advent in 2024 and is a Director in Boston. He is a member of the firm’s Portfolio Support Group. Neal works with management teams to improve performance and deliver results needed to realize the investment thesis.
Prior to joining Advent, Neal was Head of Client Services at Notable. Prior to that, he served as the COO at PatientPing. Before that, Neal ran Services at Quickplay Media . Prior to these operating roles, he was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company for a decade, where he led digital and operations transformations across Asia, Europe and the US.
Neal received a BS in Engineering from Rutgers University and a master’s degree in Engineering from MIT.
