Nihal Sarawgi joined Advent in 2015 and is a Director in Mumbi. He advises on investments in the consumer and industrial sectors. Nihal originally joined Advent as an Associate and rejoined the firm in Mumbai following business school. He has advised on 11 investments during his career at Advent.
Prior to joining Advent, Nihal spent three years with McKinsey & Company in their New York and Mumbai offices focusing on technology and healthcare. He also completed an internship at Citadel LLC’s hedge fund division in their New York office.
Nihal earned a BTech and MTech in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay and an MBA, with distinction, from Harvard Business School.
