Peter Carlone joined Advent in 2024 and is an Analyst in Boston. He is a member of the Portfolio Support Group. Peter works with management teams to improve performance and deliver results needed to realize the investment thesis.
Prior to joining Advent, Peter worked at National Grid as a Senior Supervisor in Gas Operations. He also spent time as an Employee & Labor Relations Analyst while at National Grid.
Peter received a BA in Business Administration from the University of Rhode Island and an MBA from Bentley University.
