Pier Paolo Gualtieri joined Advent in 2022 and is an Associate in London. He advises on investments in the business & financial services sector.
Prior to joining Advent, Pier worked at Goldman Sachs, where he focused on software & technology. Before Goldman Sachs, he completed internships at Hg Capital and Ardian.
Pier received an MSc in Management from London Business School and a BSc in Economics from LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome, and was a visiting student at the University of Hong Kong.
