Pradeep Nema joined Advent in 2022 and is a Vice President in Boston. He is a member of the Portfolio Support Group. Pradeep works with management teams to improve performance and deliver results needed to realize the investment thesis.
Prior to joining Advent, Pradeep was a Principal at the Boston Consulting Group, where he executed a corporate analytics program through the implementation of predictive analytics use cases. Previously, he was the Principal Data Scientist at Fractal Analytics, where he advised CXOs on topics such as building centralized data lakes to introduce hyper-personalized offers to consumers. Before Fractal, Pradeep was a Director at Opera Solutions, where he established and co-lead the Operations group to help clients monetize data and execute on analytics use cases.
Pradeep holds an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and a master’s degree in Computer Applications from Devi Ahilya University, India.
