Priscila Antunes joined Advent in 2021 and is Head of Tax and Operations for the São Paulo office. She is based in São Paulo.
Prior to joining Advent, Priscila was a partner at KPMG, where she advised private equity firms, pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, and businesses on engagements including tax structuring, tax strategy and value creation, corporate reorganizations, and IPO preparation.
Priscila holds a Bachelor in Accounting Science from Mackenzie University and a Bachelor in Law from PUC-SP.
