Rish Khara joined Advent in 2021 and is a Director in Boston. He is a member of the Portfolio Support Group, focused on the healthcare and technology sectors. Rish works with management teams to improve performance and deliver results needed to realize the investment thesis.
Prior to joining Advent, Rish was part of the operating team at Vista Equity Partners, where he worked with portfolio companies in the technology sector to define and execute robust value creation plans. Prior to Vista, he was a Manager at Bain & Company, where he served clients in the industrial, healthcare, and technology sectors.
Rish received an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
