Rogerio Cafruni joined Advent in 2014 and is a Senior Director in São Paulo. He is Co-Head of the Portfolio Support Group in Latin America. Rogerio works with management teams to improve performance and deliver results needed to realize the investment thesis.
Prior to joining Advent, Rogerio held management positions in sales, operations planning, and supply chain management at BRF, a large food manufacturer in Brazil. He also spent four years at McKinsey & Company, where he worked on numerous strategy, operational improvements, and merger integration projects across the consumer goods, retail, financial services and telecom sectors. Rogerio began his career with Deloitte, where he spent six years and specialized in tax & M&A consulting for multinational companies.
Rogerio holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
