Sean Lim joined Advent in 2020 and is an Assistant Director in London. He advises on investments in the industrial sector.
Prior to joining Advent, Sean worked at Bain Capital, where he focused on investments across the capital structure with an industry agnostic approach. Before that, Sean was a military sergeant in the Singapore Armed Forces. He is currently a reservist in the Singapore Armed Forces.
Sean received a BSc, First Class Honors, in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
