Shuang Gao joined Advent in 2021 and is an Assistant Director in Shanghai. He is a member of the Portfolio Support Group. Shuang works with management teams to improve performance and deliver results needed to realize the investment thesis.
Prior to joining Advent, Shuang held a similar role at CITIC Private Equity, where he was the Vice President of portfolio management. He began his career as a management consultant with A.T. Kearney, where he worked extensively on various consulting projects over a 10-year period. This work included business strategy, operations, organization transformation, digital, and consumer insights.
Shuang is an executive MBA candidate at the China Europe International Business School in Shanghai.
