Victor Beattie joined Advent in 2020 and is a Vice President in São Paulo. He advises on investments in the healthcare sector. Victor has advised on eight investments during his career, four while at Advent.
Prior to joining Advent, Victor worked at Apax Partners, focusing on the business services and retail and consumer industries in Brazil. Prior to that, he was a member of the Merchant Banking division of BTG Pactual, participating in investments in the apparel retail, waste management, power generation, and IT sectors. Victor began his career at Tarpon Investimentos, covering investments in the retail and healthcare industries.
Victor holds a BA in Business Administration, with honors, from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
