William Akman joined Advent in 2022. He serves as Assistant European Legal Counsel and is a Director overseeing the legal workstreams of Advent’s European transactions.
Prior to joining Advent, William was a private equity attorney at two leading international law firms, where he gained experience in M&A, private investment funds, acquisition finance, and business restructuring in both London and Singapore.
William holds a Law, LLB (Hons) from Cardiff University and an LPC MsC in Law, Business, and Management from the University of Law.
